I have been working in the field of health, education and personal growth for more than 30 years now. The last 16 years I spent leading my own practice as an Alternative Psychotherapist in Rosenheim, Germany.

Since then I hold trainings and supervision groups for psychosensory therapies like professional EFT, especially in the field of trauma-therapy on a regular base. I give trainings for foundational knowledge about creating a therapeutic relationship, holding a healthy space for healing with any type of client and other important skills needed to become a decent and successful professional healthcare.

I am trained and certified as an Alternative Psychotherapist, in Orgodynamik Body Therapy, Counseling, Katathym Imaginative Therapy, Systemic work, Spiritual Healing, EFT, BSFF, Emotion Code and so on.

I stumbled across Havening in 2017. It blew me off my shoes showing its smooth efficiency not only on myself, but also with my often severe traumatized clients.

Since then it has rapidly become one of the main methods in my sessions. It fits perfectly into my view of science and into my professional approach of treating C-PTSD, trauma bonding after narcissistic abuse and all the other fear-related issues. And I love to see people with this relieved smile in their face
